Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. US territories, military addresses and PO boxes are excluded.
When does handling begin?
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The order cut-off is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time), year-round. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day count that day as the first handling day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day. This fixed offset does not change with daylight saving time.
How do I choose a size?
Use the body-measurement chart on the product page. Product-specific finished garment measurements and skirt length are also supplied in inches and centimeters.
How should I care for my dress?
Follow the care instructions on the individual product page. Lace blends, stretch lace, satin and chiffon require different handling.
Can I return a dress?
Items must be unused except for trying on to assess fit, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging, with any original tags attached. Please avoid makeup, perfume and jewelry damage while trying on lace garments. Request authorization within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping when an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied because of our error. Customers cover return shipping for changes of mind and other customer-reason returns. There is no restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution and return instructions. Opening packaging to inspect an item does not by itself disqualify a damage, defect or wrong-item claim. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not override these issue-specific requests.
When will I receive my refund?
After approval, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help locating an approved refund.
How much are shipping and tax?
Standard shipping is free for eligible US orders. Tax shown at checkout is $0.00.
