Return & Refund Policy
A considered purchase deserves a clear return process.
Return window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
Ordinary returns
Items must be unused except for trying on to assess fit, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition and packaging, with any original tags attached. Please avoid makeup, perfume and jewelry damage while trying on lace garments.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Obtain authorization and the return address before sending the item. The authorized return address is our company address: Via Dei Gonzaga 30/00, 42124 Reggio Nell Emilia RE, Italy.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping when an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied because of our error. Customers cover return shipping for changes of mind and other customer-reason returns. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution and return instructions. Opening packaging to inspect an item does not by itself disqualify a damage, defect or wrong-item claim. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not override these issue-specific requests.
Refunds
After approval, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help locating an approved refund.
