Shipping Policy
Clear timing, from processing to delivery.
Delivery area
Free standard shipping within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes.
Handling and order cut-off
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The order cut-off is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time), year-round. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day count that day as the first handling day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day. This fixed offset does not change with daylight saving time.
Transit and estimates
Transit time begins after dispatch and is separate from handling time. The estimated combined delivery time is 4–6 business days. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping costs and taxes
All eligible US orders receive free standard shipping. There is one shipping method. Checkout displays shipping at $0.00 and tax at $0.00; this is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
